因故無法如期與會，將依以下規定辦理退費，辦理共以一次為限。

(1) 11月底前因故無法出席申請退費者，得退除費用五成
(2) 海外人士因疫情關係11月底前申請退費，從優處理
(3) 未於期限內申請退費者，不予退費
